Sans Souci House Rules

1. NO SMOKING/VAPING is allowed in the condo, on the balcony or in any of the common areas. This includes e-cigarettes, vaping and all other paraphernalia. Our HOA has a strict policy and will fine those who break the rule $200 per occurrence. There is a designated smoking area next to the pool.
2. NO PETS are permitted. Should a pet be found on the property, you will be required to arrange boarding for the pet immediately or vacate the premises within 4 hours. No refunds will be given and there will be an additional $250 fine.
3. NO GRILLING is allowed on the balcony. There is a community charcoal grill on the front of the building on first floor which is available first come, first serve.
4. Please be mindful of the thermostat. If you put the A/C too low, it may freeze up. If this happens it can take several hours to thaw out and you won’t have air conditioning during that time. We want you to stay cool and comfortable.
5. Kindly refrain from spraying sunscreen inside the unit as this may leave a residue on both floors and furniture.
6. Please do not sit on any furniture with wet clothes or swimsuits.
7. Please use black makeup washcloths for makeup removal.
