Pelican Cove House Rules

1. NO SMOKING/VAPING is allowed in the condo, on the balcony or in any of the common areas. This includes e-cigarettes, vaping and all other paraphernalia. If there is any damage, you will be responsible for replacement costs.
2. NO PETS are permitted. Should a pet be found on the property, you will be required to arrange boarding for the pet immediately or vacate the premises within 4 hours. No refunds will be given and there will be an additional $250 fine.
3. NO GRILLING is allowed on the balcony.
4. Please park in designated areas only. Parking in the grass is not allowed. Any vehicle or trailer parked on the grass will be towed at owners expense.
5. Please be mindful of the thermostat. If you put the A/C too low, it may freeze up. If this happens it can take several hours to thaw out and you won’t have air conditioning during that time. We want you to stay cool and comfortable.
6. Kindly refrain from spraying sunscreen inside the unit as this may leave a residue on both floors and furniture.
7. Please review venting door directions that are listed on this website. There is also a video that shows how it works.
8. Please do not sit on any furniture with wet clothes or swimsuits.
9. Please rinse sand from all items before washing.
10. Please use black makeup washcloths for makeup removal.
